Fully-featured and energy-efficient, the housEvolve Thermostat is also incredibly easy to use and understand. If you find programming your current thermostat cumbersome, tedious or downright complicated, the housEvolve Thermostat is for you!

Even better, why not make programming your thermostat a thing of the past? Use it with a housEvolve Main Controller (sold separately) to maximize energy savings and comfort, right from your phone! Turn the temperature up or down when you leave, or while you're away, to conserve energy. Call your thermostat again on the way home and change the temperature back to where you want it, guaranteeing you'll be comfortable when you get there. It's that easy!

The system (main controller - sold separately) will also call to inform you of problems with your home's climate controls, such as freeze/overheat conditions or power failures.

The housEvolve Thermostat is designed to work with all standard 24VAC HVAC systems as well as single stage heat pumps.

This module offers local and remote access including HVAC state switching (Heat-AC-Off), providing the user with full remote temperature control.

You can call in by phone and change your home's temperature to the degree of your choice (between 45F and 85F) and/or switch your HVAC state through an easy to use voice menu.

Compatibility information:

• Model he_th_st1 supports all standard 1Heat/1Cool, single-return, 24Vac HVAC systems. Many dual-return systems are also supported, please contact us for more information if your HVAC system falls into this category
• Model he_th_hp1 supports 24Vac, single-stage Heat Pump HVAC systems with or without auxiliary heat.
• Model he_th1 provides support for either of the above HVAC system categories, selectable through the user interface.

Please note: Modern digital thermostats require a connection to the HVAC "Common" terminal for power. All housEvolve thermostat models also require this connection, but only in Stand-Alone mode. This connection is optional when used with a housEvolve Main Controller because power is also available through the housEvolve system connection. This makes housEvolve thermostats directly compatible with many older thermostat cables and HVAC system configurations.
