The housEvolve Water Presence Detector (WPD) Pod with optional water shutoff valves allows you be proactive in defending your home from water intrusion. Sensors monitor trouble-prone areas such as around washing machines, sump pumps, water heaters, kitchen sinks, refrigerator ice makers and so on. If water is detected, valves connected to the WPD Pod are automatically shut off. 

Use the WPD Pod with a housEvolve Main Controller to receive alerts on your cell phone if water intrusion is detected! 

Each Pod has the ability to connect up to 6 Water Presence Sensors (3 are included in the initial kit) and will report which sensors have detected water. This allows you to "map" an area and know how quickly water is spreading. You can also purchase housEvolve Shut-Off valves (sold separately) in order to have this detector turn your water on and off, either automatically in reaction to a leak, or manually (locally and by phone).

housEvolve will also alert you by phone of abnormal temperature conditions and power outages.
