Overview

The kit does not come with a GSM card. You will need to get an UNLOCKED GSM Sim card from a mobile carry, such as AT&T or T-Mobile. This Sim card allows the dialer to call the numbers you program in and not have to connect it to a hard wired phone line.

The Dakota Alert Wireless Security System: CAD-05-Kit Home GSM Cellular Auto Dialer with Wireless Accessories is a do-it-yourself security dialer that uses GSM cellular service to send a message when an alarm is generated. When an alarm is caused by one of the wireless or hard wired sensors the dialer will call out and play one of two ten second messages that you record yourself. You can program up to nine different telephone numbers for the dialer to call. There is an entrance and exit delay as well as a local alarm. The dialer can be armed and disarmed with the wireless key fob. The key fob can also be used to trigger a panic alarm. The dialer can be triggered by wireless PIR sensors, shock sensors or door contacts. It can also be triggered by any N/O hard wired sensor you may wish to use. The back-up battery allows the dialer to operate for 12 to 24 hours without AC power. This is a good option for home owners who want a security system but do not want to pay a monthly monitoring fee. The only thing you will need to add is an active GSM Sim card (AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) The dialer will work anywhere you have GSM cell service making it ideal for remote locations or homes that do not have a land line telephone.

The Cellular Auto Dialer (CAD-05) is a do-it-yourself security solution for use in homes, cabins, offices and other locations that need to be monitored. The dialer uses the GSM cellular network to send a voice message to up to nine different phone numbers. The dialer can be programmed with entrance/exit delay and will be triggered by various wireless sensors or a tamper alarm. Two different voice messages can be programmed for alarm or tamper conditions.

Compatible Accessories

• Wireless PIR (AD-PIRW) - The passive infrared (PIR) detector operates on a 9 volt battery and will detect motion to a distance of about 40' in front of the sensor. The PIR will then send a radio signal up to 200' back to the auto dialer.
• Wireless Shock Sensor (AD-SSW) - The wireless shock sensor can be placed in a trailer, truck, RV, etc. and will detect the movement caused by someone tampering with the vehicle. The sensor will then send a radio signal up to 200' back to the auto dialer.
• Wireless Key Fob (AD-KFW) - The wireless key fob can be used to arm and disarm the auto dialer from a distance of about 200'. The key fob can also be used as a panic alarm.
