OverviewThe Cellular Freeze Alarm: Intermediate notifies you of freezing conditions in your home, cabin or business even if you don't have a landline. It has has a Quick Status Feature that allows you to hear the current temperature, power status and battery status with a simple 15 second phone call! The Cellular Freeze Alarm: Intermediate uses the included cellular terminal to make outgoing alarm calls, functioning as a freeze alarm cell phone. The Cellular Freeze Alarm: Intermediate calls up to three phone numbers and alerts you with a voice message if the temperature gets too cold or too hot, if the power fails, or if the back-up battery requires replacing. Easy programming, automatic reset, and a quick programming setup is what makes this our best Cellular Freeze Alarm ever. Enjoy peace of mind with the Cellular Freeze Alarm: Intermediate because you can call your Freeze Alarm from any phone in the world to access the Quick Status Feature or to change the settings and phone numbers remotely. Cleaner and easier to understand voice messages in English tell you exactly what is happening at the monitored location. The Freeze Alarm plugs into a regular 110 volt power outlet, but uses a 9 volt lithium or alkaline battery for back-up power. The 9 volt battery is not included. Lithium 9 volt batteries are highly recommended over alkaline batteries. They last longer in colder temperatures and hold their power much better when you have frequent power failures. We offer two versions of this alarm based on your cellular provider. If you use AT&T or T-Mobile please read the information provided on the product page for the AGM GSM Cellular Remote Alarm Module, if your provider is Verizon please see the product page for the Axesstel TX240G Fixed Wireless Voice Terminal for more specific information on each unit. Installation is as simple as plugging in the cellular module to the freeze alarm with a standard telephone cord (included), and performing some simple programming on the freeze alarm.
