• UPS GROUND shipping is available FREE for orders with a subtotal of $100.00 or more.


• UPS GROUND shipping is available at a flat rate of $7.95 for orders with a subtotal less than $100.00.


• Above shipping offers are only valid for the United States continental 48 states. See below for information on shipping to destinations outside of the continental 48.**


• **Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and APO addresses:
  YES, we DO ship to Alaka, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and APO addresses; however, these destinations do not qualify for free shipping offers. Please select one of the UPS or Priority Mail options at checkout, or contact us for a shipping quotation.


• **International Customers: We do not ship outside of the United States (with the exception of Canada), unless the destination is an APO (military) address. If your address is an APO, you may simply place your order online and select select Postal Service shipping. APO addresses do not qualify for free shipping offers. If your shipping address is not an APO, then we could assist you with your purchase if you were to utilize an international freight forwarder with a United States address that we could ship to. Unfortunately we cannot arrange this for you, but if you select a forwarder in the United States and you would simply like us to ship your purchase to them for you, we would be happy to do so.

• In-Stock items that are ordered by 2pm Eastern time will ship same-business-day from Butler, NJ 07405.
  In-stock items ordered after 2pm EST will ship the next business day. (Please note we do not ship on the holiday dates listed below).
  
  
• Items marked as "Usually ships in X business days" drop ship directly from their respective suppliers.
  
  
• In the case of orders containing both in-stock items and backordered items, we may be able to do partial shipments upon request; however, partial shipments may incur additional shipping charges.

Estimated Delivery Times are just estimates, they are not guaranteed. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays on the part of the shipping carrier or for delivery address problems. Estimated delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

Returns & Warranty Returns

• Warranty Returns: If any product purchased from us fails to perform as per the manufacturer's specifications within the time period of that manufacturer's written warranty (usually one year), we will gladly assist you in arranging for a repair or replacement with that manufacturer. You must obtain an RMA number from us prior to returning any products.
  
  
• Return Policy: 60-day money back guarantee: If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your purchase for a refund within 60 days. Items in perfect unused condition with undamaged factory packaging will receive a refund of the full purchase price, minus shipping costs. Opened packages are subject to inspection and amount of credit issued will be based upon item and packaging condition. Special order items (items not found on our website or items tagged as "special order") will be subject to any applicable restocking fees dictated by the manufacturer/supplier. You must obtain an RMA number from us prior to returning any products. Items returned without an RMA number will be subject to additional deductions.
