Can be used with Floodstop, Wisdom, Sensaphone, or CT240,CT241

When used with the Floodstop shutoff valves this unit can safely shut down your washer to avoid further water damage if your discharge hose is the cause of the water detected by the water sensor.

The CN-15MP power relay provides a 15 amp relay, and the CN-20MP provides a 20 amp relay switched 120 VAC outlet, with a terminal strip that allows remote control via safe, inexpensive, low voltage Class 2 control wiring. The CN-15MP power relay units include an internal 12 VDC supply. They are housed in a rugged all-metal enclosure and come equipped with a heavy duty, 10 foot AC cord.

How do I know if I need the 15 amp or the 20 amp control unit?

Look at the power receptacle that your device is currently plugged into. The AC plug on a 20 amp device has blades that are perpendicular, to distinguish it from the more familiar 15 amp plug, which has parallel blades. All products that are rated at 20 amps must use the perpendicular blade plug to obtain a UL (Underwriters' Laboratory) listing for safety.

You must plug a 20 amp plug into a 20 amp outlet. Recognized 20 amp outlets have one T-shaped socket hole that can accept either a parallel or perpendicular blade. According to the National Electrical Code, if you want to plug in 20 amp loads, your electrical wiring, circuit breakers, and outlets must all be rated at least 20 amps. So if you don't have 20 amp outlets and your device has this type of plug, you should call in an electrician to upgrade the wiring of your home or business location. Yes you can plug a standard 15 amp plug into a 20 amp outlet.

  • Flash lights in your home when your existing burglar alarm is tripped.
  • Blast your stereo when your alarm trips.
  • Connect the Burglar Alarm Interface directly to a magnetic switch to turn on lights when a door or window opens, i.e. you don't have to own a burglar alarm system.
  • From a moisture sensor to sound an alarm if your basement is flooded.
  • From a garage door opener to turn on lights when you open your garage door, etc.
  • Have a light automatically come on in the house each time you disarm your system.
  • Going to be getting home late? Turn a light or TV on in the house by phone (or by WisDom schedule) to make it look like someone is home.
  • Turn your crock-pot on by phone.
