Warranty Returns: If any product purchased from us fails to perform as per the manufacturer's specifications within the time period of that manufacturer's written warranty (usually one year), we will gladly assist you in arranging for a repair or replacement with that manufacturer. You must obtain an RMA number from us prior to returning any products.

Return Policy: 30-day money back guarantee: If you are not satisfied for any reason,

you can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days. Items in perfect unused condition with undamaged factory packaging will receive a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs. Opened packages are subject to inspection and amount of credit issued will be based upon item and packaging condition. Special order items (items not found on our website or items tagged as "special order") will be subject to any applicable restocking fees dictated by the manufacturer/supplier. You must obtain an RMA number from us prior to returning any products. Items returned without an RMA number will be subject to additional deductions.
