Can I pick up my order?

Yes. We do not have a retail store, but you are welcome to stop by our warehouse in Butler, NJ to pick up your order. Please select the "local pickup" option at checkout and wait for the "ready for pickup" email to arrive prior to coming to pick up your order.


Will you provide technical support?

Yes! Technical support is our specialty. We know our products inside and out, and we will help you do so as well.

What is your return policy?

Do you accept Public School or Government Purchase Orders (PO's)?

Yes! As long as the order will be paid for with government funds, we can accept a purchase order. Please fax the PO to 973-492-1909.


Do you collect sales tax?

At this time, the three states that require us to collect sales tax are New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Shipments to these states will be taxed unless a valid tax exemption certificate is faxed to 973-492-1909.

Note to Colorado residents: The State of Colorado requires us to inform you that although we do not collect it from you, purchases shipped to Colorado may be subject to sales and/or use tax and you are required to file a sales and/or use tax return for any such purchases.
