The Valve Screamer Motorized Valve Auto Shut Off stops flooding from leaky pipes or faulty water heaters by closing a motorized valve and preventing the flow of water when moisture is detected.  Moisture is detected by a sensor pad connected directly to the Valve Screamer  This is a point of use solution that can be upgraded to a whole house solution when necessary by adding the Flood Screamer.

Additional Sensor for use with any FloodStop unit. Provides additional detection/floor coverage. Comes with 1 meter (approximately 3 feet) of wire. Sensors can be plugged into each other ("chained") in a series. Sensor to sensor extension wires are available in 10' and 22' lengths.

If you would like the FloodStop Controller to be located further away from the FloodStop valve than the kit provides, our new 9 foot long white Controller to Valve Extension Wire(s) will fit the bill (one wire needed per valve).
